This project will strengthen management, monitoring and control of structural funds in Bulgaria.
Italy and Spain will help to improve administrative capacity to implement and monitor the Bulgarian National Development Plan. In addition, work will be done to strengthen institutions and national, regional and local administrative structures that will allow Bulgaria to participate fully in the European Union Cohesion Policy.
