Legal information

Exercise of the right of access to information: this contact form facilitates the right of access to information provided for in art. 17 of Law 19/2013, of 9 December, on transparency, access to public information and good governance.

Our goal is to honor the commitments we have made, focusing not only on what we do but also on how we do it. Our Compliance Program is based on the following pillars:

Integrity is embedded in our daily actions — we do what we say, with rigor and honesty. We have various mechanisms in place to promote this, such as the Code of Ethics, the Protocol for the Prevention and Action Against Workplace or Sexual Harassment, and the Procedure for the Prevention and Management of Conflicts of Interest.
We also provide active listening channels that are essential to our continuous improvement process, such as the Ethics Channel and the Consultation, Complaints, Suggestions, and Public Information Access Channel.

We identify, assess, manage, and control the risks associated with our activities to prevent them from materializing or to reduce their impact.

We have a set of internal regulations framed within a Process-Based Management System, aimed at:

  • Complying with the legal obligations applicable to the Foundation.
  • Promoting effective and efficient management, ensuring appropriate use of resources and alignment with our strategic objectives.
  • Preventing and mitigating the risks inherent in our activities.

We monitor the effectiveness of all elements that make up our Compliance Program. To do so, we rely on both internal and external audits and evaluations, as well as a reporting, analysis, and assessment mechanism for improvement actions, which are integrated into our internal management processes.
