"The general objective of the project is to help to improve social and economic cohesion in the Andean Community.
The project aims to: - Help member countries of the CAN and of the CAN General Secretariat to design a regional economic and social cohesion and territorial development policy; - Help train the General Secretariat of the CAN to carry out transnational and cross-border projects for social and economic cohesion, considering synergies with environmental conservation."
