Strengthening the Eastern Cooperation Agency

The European Union is financing this project to improve the intervention capacities of the Moroccan Cooperation Agency. This will allow it to participate through its partners in the integrated and sustainable development of the eastern region by coordinating the work undertaken by public, private, professional and associate actors.

Experts from the Andalusian Cooperation Agency will work for more than two years with their Moroccan counterparts to improve their self-management instruments and develop their capacity to mobilise, receive and manage European funds, particularly for regional and cross-border programmes.
