Strengthening training for future Turkish judges and prosecutors

This Twinning project, funded by the European Union and managed by the FIIAPP, supports Turkey in improving and updating the competences of Judges and Prosecutors.

Training, both during their candidacy period prior to serving as well as ongoing, is a key element for the exercise of their duties since it allows them to update their knowledge and skills regularly.

The main objective of the programme is to improve the efficiency of training and internship schemes for Judges and Prosecutors, in line with European standards with the ultimate aim of improving the independence, quality, effectiveness and efficiency of the Turkish legal system.
