Support for MSMEs and the national incubators network in Angola

Angola

One of the first Twinning projects outside the EU neighbourhood policy. The project is led by IAPMEI of Portugal, with Spain and Germany as junior partners. It aims to support the development of a national network of incubators in Angola to strengthen the country’s MSMEs. The project is a continuation of the ENVOLVER project and is implemented by IAPMEI of Portugal together with INAPEM of Angola. After its completion, it was considered relevant that the next steps focus on capacity-building through the exchange of experiences among public bodies, for which the Twinning instrument was seen as the best option to continue. The project is informally called “ENVOLVER+”.
