EUROsociAL+: Programme for Social Cohesion in Latin America

EUROsociAL is the Regional Cooperation Programme of the European Union with Latin America for Social Cohesion. It was created in 2004 as a mandate from the European Union-Latin America and the Caribbean Summits, and therefore enjoys political support at the highest level.
It is currently in its second phase, which began in 2011 for a period of 4 years. It has a budget of 40 million euros and is implemented by a consortium of 40 partners, led by FIIAPP.
