EUROsociAL is a Regional Cooperation Programme of the European Union with Latin America for Social Cohesion. It arose in 2004 out of a mandate of European Union-Latin America and Caribbean Summits, and therefore enjoys political support at the highest level.
It is currently in its second phase, which began in 2011 for a period of four years. It has a budget of €40 million and is implemented by a consortium of 40 partners and led by FIAP.
