SOCIEUX+ is a technical cooperation facility co-funded by the European Union (EU), France, Belgium, and Spain. It aims to enhance access to better employment opportunities and inclusive social protection systems, with a particular focus on women, youth, and vulnerable groups.

The facility works to strengthen institutional capacities in partner countries, promoting social protection, decent work, and responsible business practices. It also supports public institutions in preparing for and responding to EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence expectations.

Activities are demand-driven, short-term, and centered on peer to-peer cooperation, bringing together experts from EU Member States with their counterparts in partner countries. SOCIEUX+ is available in more than 160 countries and territories.

SOCIEUX+ is an initiative created and co-financed by the European Union through the European Commission's Directorate General for International Partnerships (DG INTPA), the Directorate General for the Middle East, North Africa and the Gulf (DG MENA) and the Directorate General for Enlargement and Eastern Neighbourhood (DG ENEST) and the governments of Belgium, France and Spain. The initiative is implemented by a consortium composed of Expertise France (leader), France Travail, the Belgian Federal Public Social Security Service (SPF-FOD), the Belgian Development Agency (Enabel) and the Foundation for the Internationalisation of Public Administrations (FIAP).

FIAP plays an essential role in SOCIEUX+, promoting the participation of Spanish public expertise in international technical cooperation actions. Thus, the public expertise of Spanish institutions has been mobilised for activities in Spanish-speaking countries such as Bolivia, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Mexico, Panama and Peru, as well as in other countries such as Azerbaijan, Brazil, Cambodia and Niger. Moreover, among the consortium partners, FIAP assumes in this phase the responsibility of mainstreaming the gender perspective in all the actions of the initiative.
